Incredible prices on quality boots. American made, GoreTex, all the stuff you can't find at Wolverine and Rocky, AND for less than $100. Where can you beat that?
Quality experience with the staff. Full of a variety of shoes and boots from the production line, with no clearly visible quality defects. Reasonably well organized, with women's and men's shoes separated and then sorted by size. If you're searching for a particular size or style it can be tough, though I saw size 18 and widths from B to D to 6E. The store is a tight fit -- shelves are spaced close. But the public bathroom is clean, like the rest of the store. Keeping in mind the outlet nature of the store, the prices of boots (made not only in the USA, but literally less than five miles away!) are an absolute, hands-down bargain! Shop often, as varieties and styles available change frequently.
My wife and I were able to find steel toe boots for work that fit excellent at an incredible price and on top of that there made in PA out of USA sourced material . We both were wearing other brands now that we know where the Shoe Factory outlet is and how awesome we were treated we will be repeat customers .
