The nursing staff and medical assistants are amazing. However I had had an appointment I even came early was in the waiting room for about 15mins. I was ok with that. Get brought back to the room the nurse checks my vitals and lets me know the doctor will be in. 50 minutes later still NO doctor. I poke my head out the door to see if she is coming Im told she is in the room across from me. Its be 10 more minutes that passes by. I am so beyond upset right now. The hole point of making an appointment is so that I can come in get seen and get out. I understand that things happen and if that is the case then someone needs to let there patient know. The room is cold and to have to sit in a gown freezing should not happen.
